David has more than 30 years of experience in the construction management industry and a proven track record for successful, on-time project delivery for BOND’s clients. As Senior Vice President of BOND’s Building Division, he brings extensive experience leading and building teams with a focus on complex academic and healthcare projects. His approachable demeanor, hands-on management style and attention to detail deliver outstanding results to our customers. He has led many of our top projects over the years and his resourcefulness, honesty, and dedication to customer service fosters long-term relationships and repeat business.
David received a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, and a MS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He serves in many roles on industry committees including Vice Chairman of the Designer Selection Committee, member of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development and Construction Management Professional Advisory Board Member for Roger Williams University.
A native of Andover, Massachusetts, David is an avid organic farmer, “foodie” and country music lover. On summer weekends, he is known to host endless back-yard barbecues featuring his home-grown vegetables, slow-stewed tomato sauces, short ribs and his specialty: beer-can barbecue chicken. When he’s not entertaining or “watching things grow,” he spends time fishing, biking or relaxing with his four kids, his wife, and his labradoodle named Lincoln.
