David Shrestinian Vice President, Building Division As Vice President of BOND’s Building Division, David Shrestinian brings extensive experience in the academic, laboratory, healthcare, and commercial property areas, and special expertise in planning, preconstruction, project delivery, and building program methodology analysis. Shrestinian joined BOND as Director of Construction Management Services in 1998, and served as Vice President of Construction Management Services before being named to his current position in 2006. Some of the projects overseen by Shrestinian during his time at Bond include the Science Center at Stonehill College, two residence halls at the Wentworth Institute of Technology, the American Cancer Society’s AstraZeneca Hope Lodge, and the Student Center at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Shrestinian received a BS in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, and a MS in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Before joining BOND, Shrestinian held positions at Beacon Construction. “BOND is built on a set of very solid values, and those values come out in the way we approach our work. It would be easy to try and squeeze every last dime out of a job, or to take on projects just for the sake of building a portfolio, but that’s not what we’re about here.
