What has impressed me most about the BOND team is the approach to cost control and execution of the work. They work diligently with our design teams in a most collaborative fashion. Sustainability

One of the ways in which BOND provides quality and innovative construction management practices is by incorporating energy efficiency, clean technology and renewable energy and resources into planning, building and facility operations for our clients. Our history, philosophy, and people are the key to achieving our client’s sustainability goals and green initiatives. This strong foundation and an integrated role with the design team and owner allow us to deliver a functional and cost effective LEED, or similarly sustainable, facility thus ensuring that the implemented programs benefit both the environment and the owner.

We have completed a number of LEED Certified projects, a sizable number of our professional staff are LEED AP, and our work also includes Lab 21 projects.
