“I’m a laborer for BOND and I’ve been here since 1993. The work I do varies from day to day. I might be digging trenches or running out to pick up supplies or making sure the other guys on the site have everything that they need. Every day is an adventure, and I love it. I’d do anything for this company.”
“Sometimes when we’ve finished a big project I’ll look back at it and say to myself: ‘I helped build this!’ and that’s a good feeling. I’m also proud to work for a company that takes such good care of its employees, and that’s something I know about first hand. I once had a medical problem that put me out of work for a month, and I was told that my job here would be waiting for me when I came back. A month is a long time, but they didn’t even bat an eye – no questions asked. BOND was there for me, and that’s why I’ll always be there for them.”
