Brian Tellier
Carpenter Superintendent
“I started with BOND in 1985 as a carpenter apprentice and I’ve been here ever since. I’ve grown along with the company, gradually working my way up to my current position. As a carpenter supervisor I’m involved in a little bit of everything. I spend a lot of time keeping the crews going and also work with our clients and subcontractors. I’m dealing with lots of different people on any given day, and that variety is part of what I really like about this job.”
“Lots of companies say that their employees are like family, but at BOND it’s the truth. We’re part of a team, we share ideas to get things done, and there’s a mutual respect that starts at the top. Many of us have worked here together for years and years, and when one of the executives comes out to a worksite, he makes a point of talking with us – not just as employees, but as people. I’ve seen a lot of folks retire with this company, and when I say BOND is like a family, that’s what I mean.”
