“As a superintendent, I’m one of the liaisons between the project owner and our subcontractors. I’m onsite to coordinate our people and make sure they’re working well with the subs, and I’m also involved in some of the contractual and budget aspects of the job. Depending on the project, I’ll also work with the project manager to help track costs.”
