"Back hoes, excavators, trucks, you name it – if it’s a piece of heavy equipment I probably know how to run it. My father and my uncle were both operators as well so I guess you could say the job sort of runs in the family. I remember climbing around on different pieces of equipment as a kid, and even then I knew that this was the kind of work I wanted to do. BOND gave me that opportunity."
