“I oversee the piping for all of our gas and steam projects as well as directing the welding foreman so that he can manage his team. I also troubleshoot any problems that might come up, and make sure we’re keeping up with the digging crews. We have really good people here at BOND, and everyone is working toward the same goal. It’s not always easy – we sometimes put in long hours – but you never feel like you’re working alone, and you always find a way to have a few laughs.”
