“I’m responsible for making sure a project stays on schedule and on budget. Day-to-day, I’m overseeing staffing, purchasing, and scheduling, and I’m in regular contact with the client and with our superintendent. It’s also up to me to make sure that any environmental issues or community concerns are addressed and resolved. Being involved in a project from beginning to the end the way that I am makes me very invested in its success.
