“It’s hard for me to describe my job because no two days are ever the same. Among my responsibilities is coordinating programs in the HR Department such as payroll, insurance and other benefits offered by BOND. I answer questions for people as they come and go, I like to think of myself as part of the team that helps keep everything running smoothly here.”
“I know it sounds corny, but it’s the way our employees treat one another that makes BOND such a great place to work. If someone has a problem or needs an extra hand, there are always people ready to jump in and help. It’s a tight knit family, but an accepting one where everybody feels welcome. It seems fitting that the company is called BOND, because a bond is a connection, and connection is something that influences everything we do. As professionals, we feel very connected to our clients and the work we produce for them, and as co-workers we feel connected to one another. Sitting where I do, it’s something I see every day.”
