“Ultimately, everyone here has a role to play in safety, but it is my department that heads up the effort. My team is responsible for integrating safety into everything we do at BOND – from the preplanning and actual work to managing our subcontractors. On a day-to-day basis I’m involved in everything from worker’s compensation and insurance policies to training, drug testing and interfacing with our clients and subcontractors.”
