“If I had to sum up my job responsibilities, I would say that I’m sort of a jack of all trades. I handle everything from ordering supplies for the office to preparing contracts for the subcontractors and organizing insurance certificates. There’s no typical day here, and that’s one of the things I really like about my job.”

“This is a family company and I think anyone who works here can feel that. There’s a sense of kindness and respect here, and we all take a real interest in each other as people, not just co-workers. If you’re having an off day or just need someone to talk to, there is always someone you can confide in, and if there is a personal or family problem you need to handle, that always comes first, no questions asked. BOND does incredible work for its clients, but I don’t think that’s the only reason it’s been around for so long – I think the company also succeeds because of the way it treats its people.”
