“Once a project comes in the door, I’m with it from beginning to end – making sure that we’re allocating the company’s resources in a way that allows us to do the work as efficiently as possible. That means managing schedules and budgets, and constantly interfacing with clients to ensure that we’re meeting their goals at every phase of the project. I also oversee all the professional development initiatives for this division, which gives me the opportunity to really shape how the company operates and what it looks like to both employees and clients.”
“From a professional development standpoint, my overarching goal is to make sure that BOND is best in class at every level. We make this happen by providing constant training, quality control programs, and mentoring. I’ve initiated a program here that’s designed to help employees strengthen both their core competencies and soft skills. At the end of the day my job is to ensure that we’re constantly providing the highest level of project delivery, and whatever our people need to reach that goal – I’ll make sure they have it.”
