CASE STUDY:

Saracen Properties selected BOND as their contractor to renovate the lobby area of this Century Old downtown building. In addition, the facade restoration was critical. BOND worked closely with their subcontractors provided a detailed restoration plan that would ensure a quality process as well as the protection of pedestrians. Project was completed on time and on budget.
