Safety is our first priority.
|
We have a pro-active safety program in which all personnel participate. Through continual training and daily inspections, we want every employee to be able to recognize safe conditions and promptly report any conditions they believe to be unsafe. And we insist upon the use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
Our Safety Program is managed by Steve Massey, Director of Corporate Safety, and his team of 5 safety officers. They work closely with the project superintendents, each of whom is responsible not only to understand and implement the program but to communicate it as well.
